Intensive Outpatient Program for Mental Health

Maintain Life Obligations While Getting the Help You Need

At CONQUER, we understand that not everyone needs a high level of care to treat a mental health disorder. On the other hand, some people may need more support than a regular outpatient program can provide. With intensive outpatient programming (IOP), you can get both by receiving in-depth behavioral health care and still balance day-to-day aspects of life.

What Is IOP?

IOP is considered a lower level of care. This means you don’t need hospitalization or around-the-clock supervision like you would in an inpatient, residential or partial hospitalization setting.

Instead, IOP encompasses an average of nine hours per week that’s dedicated to individual and group therapy.  This schedule allows you to get the concentrated treatment needed to manage and overcome a mental health disorder without leaving your job, school or family for an extended period of time.
