CONQUER Leadership Team
Jacob Grillo MBA, PA-C
Mental Health Program Director
Jacob started his medical career as an Army combat medic where he served honorably for 4 years with one tour to Afghanistan. After a few year break from medicine, he was accepted to the Physician Assistant program through University of Washington. He graduated in 2015 on the Deans List and was one of the first to become certified in his class.
He has been in practice since 2015 and involved in many aspects of addiction medicine to include outpatient, detox, and residential treatments.
During his time as practitioner in the Washington State Correction system, he has also developed a passion for psychiatry as a result of his seeing the devastating effects of poorly managed psychiatric conditions
He is now the proud owner of CONQUER and is passionate about making psychiatry and addiction medicine services available to all who need it by reducing as many barriers to care as possible.
Evie Green
Office Manager
Hello, my name is Evie Green. Recently I was hired by CONQUER into the position of Office Manager. Prior to CONQUER I spent many years in the field of Human Resource as a senior consultant and later as an HR Manager. Throughout my career I have always enjoyed working with staff, supervisors and managers, providing resources, guidance, training and assisting staff with benefits, leave and accommodation needs.
In my personal life, I am a wife and a mother of 3 wonderful daughters who are now grown and have blessed me with 2 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, meeting new people, working out and all things outdoors to include hiking, skiing, camping, fishing and gardening.
I am grateful to be part of the CONQUER team and to be there to help support our employees in their mission to provide compassionate care as they assist people through their long-term recovery goals.
Jordan Miller, SUDP
Substance Use Disorder Program Director
Jordan has made his home in the Sky Valley area of Washington, after moving up from
Southern California in 1999 (although his great-grandparents originally settled in Monroe, over a
century ago). A graduate of the University of Washington and then completing graduate
coursework in addiction counseling, he has over a decade of clinical experience providing
different levels of treatment services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and
substance use disorders. His most recent undertaking, prior to Conquer Addiction, was as a
case manager for a residential hospital rehab program, and his most cherished experience list
includes providing treatment to offenders within the confines of the Washington State
Reformatory, including Special Offenders’ Unit, a facility that quarters individuals with mental
health and/or substance use disorders.
Jordan was a professional guitarist in a “previous” life, and his current hobbies include
(surprise—reading about philosophy, psychology, social science, spirituality–); songwriting and
recording indie rock and electronic music; traveling with his wife and four children to catch some
waves, or to scope out new amusement parks and satisfy the adrenaline kick of death-defying
roller coasters (and to prove to his daughter that he is as brave as she is).
